Do not waste your time or money on this place, service is slow and rude. Food is overcooked bland tasteless and mostly microwaved. Biscuits like they were straight out of the can, green chili sauce also tasted like it was from Canned the meat in it tasted canned was super gross. I think the reason this place has so many good reviews is there is a lot of long time older customers that go there but in my opinion fees longtime customers must have absolutely no taste buds.

How can you go wrong with all you can eat biscuits and gravy. I mean you might as well be rolled out in a wheel barrel. The staff is on point and it's nice to dine at a place that has not changed in 40 years. I am heading back to the springs next week and cannot wait to go dig in with Milts. AMAZING!

Ambiance: This is your typical, hole-in-the-wall, dumpy from the outside, 50's style greasy spoon diner. It is located in a not so great part of town. Inside there is a combination of both counter and booth seating. Nothing fancy whatsoever. Specials are located on a large board that hangs over the counter. Service: I really love the service here from the blue-collar type waitresses. Always friendly with lots of personality. Food arrives quickly, coffee is constantly refilled. Super attentive. Food: Good greasy-spoon type of food. Open only for breakfast and lunch, but breakfast is the main star here. Very good green chili. (However, if you order the huevos rancheros here, it is not all combined as elsewhere -- you get your eggs on a plate, with a tortilla on the side, as well as your green chili on the side - you have to mix it all together yourself.) The bacon is extra thick, something you don't get at most diners. They have all-you-can-eat biscuits and gravy special for $3.50. The gravy is very good, though the biscuits are just the pop-and-fresh variety (this place would get 5-stars from me if they would make their biscuits from scratch.) Pancakes are also good. Orange Juice is served in a very generous tall glass. Good pies. Overall, this is the sort of place that will make you reminisce about the places your parents used to take you to breakfast back in the days before there were all the chain restaurants. Really good, honest food, that is tasty with great service. I really can't believe I am the first to rate this place, as this diner is an institution, with a very loyal and dedicated following (guess the clientele here at not your typical "yelpers".) I try and catch breakfast here about once a month -- worth the drive.

If you like overcooked and no flavor in your food. Than this is the place for you. This is a true hole in the wall, with lousy food. Service was okay.

Not a fan at all! I get that it has been around for a while, but I was not impressed at all. The bacon was overcooked and the rest was...meh. Also, looking in the fridge were Wal-Mart biscuits. I expected a little more home made with all of the people talking about this place.

Even to an out of town visitor, this place treats customers like old friends. Very good!!

I own a business close by and have for 3 years now, the service is fantastic as is the food. I have never left unhappy with my food of unfilled. The folks working there as well as their regulars are fantastic people this is a place I bring any friends or family from out of town to visit.

Little gem diner, off the two fiver? Bad song puns aside, my wife and I had an amazing biscuit and gravy breakfast here. The bad reviews for this place must have been on a real off day or they're just downsy themselves. We tried it cause we met the owner at a bar close to our house and everybody in the place gave his place praise. We were told the place opened in 79 and it still looks like it's 79 inside. Don't let the decor throw you though; great food and friendly staff. We will be regulars here :)

5 stars for their biscuits and gravy and great prices.

Excellent biscuits and gravy with fast service. You can have breakfast and coffee here for about $5. Lot of locals/regulars eat here. Very happy we stopped in for breakfast.

We love small dinner settings. We sat out side, didn't get water, service was slow, food was cold and had chase the waitresses down for coffee refills. Not planing on giving milts a second chance.

One of those places you have to try only to find you won't be returning. Overpriced, no senior menu, biscuits and gravy MEH. French toast was ok. Annoying loud conversations among the servers and cooks. Server was fine but coffee was not hot and all she did was top it off when we told her not hot. IHOP down the street has much better prices and much better food.

Just ate at this place today, this place gets 5 stars for the biscuits and gravy...and its all you can eat...and its 4.50! If you are going to walk in with Gucci loafers, this place is not for you. Boots and a tee is more fitting attire. The new waitress was being trained but kept our glasses full! Get the Chalua hot sauce with the gravy, sounds terrible but it was great!

If you like good, just-like-home-cooked food, this is the place. It's not glamorous, and if you are a white glove type, then stay away. This is real people cooking and serving real food. The servers can get busy, but they are always gracious and extremely accommodating. The food speaks for itself. This place will become a staple for my family.

I love Milt's. Unassuming, cheap, clean, large portions of comfort food. Wait staff unfailingly friendly. Excellent coffee and the best biscuits & gravy in town.

Simple, good and cheap. It's nothing that's going to knock your socks off, but you won't leave hungry and you won't spend very much. I had the biscuits and gravy, my mom had pancakes. The biscuits and gravy were exactly what you would expect. The pancakes were awesome. Service was okay, the place is dirty as hell.

Came here after some of the othe reviews. Not really that impressive. I had some eggs but maybe I should have ordere the all you can eat biscuits and gravy. They were okay. I ordred a coffee and the waitress microwaved my coffee some lukewarm coffee up for me. Not the fresh stuff I like. This place doesn't get the Cobra stamp of approval. Probably good to go to when in the area but nothing to go out of your way for.

The biscuits and gravy are spectacular! This is _the_ place in Colorado Springs when we want biscuits and gravy.

Best Mom 'n Pop in town. Although they're not open or dinner, this is definitely my A.M. spot. They offer half portions of everything for the portion conscience, but for the serious eaters, the all you can eat Biscuits and Sausage gravy are the best choice. Small town diggs, in a big city.

Needed biscuits and gravy! My wife reminded me of this place after seeing it on Platte. I've driven past it a hundred times and never noticed. My dad was in town so we went. Great place! Small dive diner. I had the all you can eat biscuits and gravy, bacon and a scrambled egg. Food was perfect and the coffee was great. I'm going to go here many more times in the future!

Another neighborhood favorite with a friendly crowd of regulars. It's a lot cleaner and brighter on the inside than the outside with a real old diner vibe. You'll get your coffee served in a mug from a quirky collection of hand-me-downs so it feels like you're in someone's kitchen. If you sit at the counter, you may get the paper read to you with color commentary. The food is solid diner food. I had the Biscuits and Gravy with eggs. There's a good amount of sausage in the gravy, not too bland or overly peppered. The biscuits weren't particularly special. The French Toast is made with Texas Toast slices; nothing fancy. The All-You-Can-Eat B&G or Pancakes is a good deal at around $4.25. All in all, another local business worth your patronage.

A great diner if you're looking for good food and the cheers effect (a place where everyone knows every ones name). If you like your breakfast crispy like I do make sure to ask for everything well done. They are very accommodating, serving 1/2 orders of everything on the menu, and if you're feeling more manly the biscuits and gravy are bottomless for 3.80, as are the pancakes. You can expect to see the same staff any time you come in and if you're looking for a barrage of friendly conversation from strangers, this is the place to get it. Will come back again and again for the English muffins alone.
